It is in this spirit of holistic service that Ritual is looking for an organized, efficient, professional individual with excellent customer service skills, exceptional leadership capabilities, and proven retail management experience for the Dispensary Manager position.
The Dispensary Manager is responsible for the needs and wellbeing of the staff and the business as it relates to the implementation of the mission, vision and values set forth by the management team.
The Dispensary Manager must lead the store in a fast paced and ever-changing working environment, while maintaining an eye for excellence.
The Dispensary Manager plays a vital role in being the connector point between management and all other staff.
The Dispensary Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Medical Marijuana Dispensary including but not limited to:
strict adherence to compliance policies and laws, sales, cash handling processes, financial reporting, inventory management, vendor relationships, customer service, regulatory compliance, patient communications, patient education, and patient information management, operating under the highest standards of professionalism.
The Dispensary Manager reports directly to the Company Ownership.
Responsibilities:
Execute the mission, vision, values of Ritual Dispensary.
Maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
Oversee the Assistant Dispensary Managers, the Inventory Manager and Marketing Manager.
Work with the Assistant Dispensary Managers to oversee the Patient Consultant Team in all daily operations of the business.
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure that the Company has a wide variety of product offerings.
Work with the Inventory Manager to maintain adequate product supply in the dispensary at all times.
Ensure that inventory is kept in an orderly fashion and ensure that all packages are tracked appropriately per the POS system and state medical marijuana rules.
Ensure compliance with daily, weekly and monthly audits and maintaining adequate records:
purchase orders, insurance, audits, etc.
Oversee Company security.
Work with Assistant Managers to hire and train staff.
Work with Assistant Managers to maintain efficient staff scheduling.
Oversee and manage employee payroll.
Oversee employee feedback and review process.
Promote and maintain a positive, productive culture.
Oversee day-to-day financial oversight of the Dispensary.
Oversee facilities purchasing.
Coordinate facilities repair and maintenance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Minimum 3
years customer service/retail management/cannabis, hospitality or restaurant management experience.
Proven track record of managing 10
employees.
High energy and a passion for driving revenue.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service and rapport building skills.
Recruiting and team development skills.
Collaborates effectively with ownership, peers and other team members.
Working knowledge of cannabis and paraphernalia.
Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
Reflect the values of the brand with integrity and respect for others.
Be truthful, fair and trustworthy and demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the brand.
Maintains high ethical standards and a positive, professional demeanor.
