Solutions Architect

Eliassen Group is supporting one of our large IT clients in the search for a Solutions Architect.
This position will be remote but once a month be needed to travel to Baltimore, MD for monthly meetings.
Our client works in the customizable mobile industry, more specifically smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices.
This Solutions Architect will be working with sales teams to sit down with their customers and figure out what the off the shelf options are unable to do and then figure out customized solution.
Having a can do attitude along with a knack for problem solving will be crucial as this person will be interacting directly with clients to figure out the best possible solution.
This will be a contract to hire opportunity, we are able to do corp to corp for the initial contract but ideally the right person will be looking to convert to our client's W2.
Conversion salary as well as yearly bonuses, plus benefits are all included.
Job Description:
The SA will be responsible for identifying and matching technology solutions with the customers technical challenges, needs, and objectives.
The SA will also be involved in testing the final solution prior to releasing the solution to customer.
The position has a high impact, very prominent role with responsibilities for maintaining a technical liaison with existing clients and providing domain subject matter expertise to establish credibility for our client's capabilities and value proposition as well as acting as the onsite Trusted Advisor as well as providing software and hardware support.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Ability to motivate, train and conduct presentations for the customers key personnel.
Ability to maintain relationships with technical resources at all levels of the customer organization.
Understand customer needs, overcome objections, assist in the development of business cases, and technically close deals.
Assist with proposal writing and/or presentation of proposals.
Excellent oral and written communications skills, and write technical information, as well as excellent presentation skills.
Ability with training to perform software and hardware triage and replacements.
Qualifications:
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

years successful experience in Technical Sales with focus on wireless devices.
Knowledge and experience of networking topology, TCP/IP protocol, network configuration and components.
Knowledge and experience of cellular networks, wireless technologies, wireless device SW architecture and HW components.
Prior Sales Engineering or Reseller experience in the mobile space.
Ability to maintain a technical liaison with customer and provide subject matter expertise to establish credibility.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills as well as experience with technical writing.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Customer service orientation and professionalism.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
